Brad is Chief Culture Officer & CEO of BELDON Roofing Company and Ozbee TEAM Software. Their family business was started by his grandfather and grandmother, and is a fourth-generation family business headquartered in San Antonio. His grandparents ended up in San Antonio because his grandfather was stationed there after having served on General Patton’s staff. They liked it so much that they stayed and started the family roofing business. Brad recently was recognized as the an Outstanding CEO within the San Antonio business community (2024).

Brad was born and raised in San Antonio. He is a graduate of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business as are all four of his children. Brad is passionate about leadership and this passion fueled the development of the Winning! Program after watching his first F1 race and seeing the leadership required to perform at the pinnacle of auto racing.
