Participants are brought together to learn practical lessons from companies, teams, and faculty with a proven track record of winning, using professional auto racing as a foundation from which to learn.

Build your understanding of how to create and implement winning strategies through classroom education and peer discussion facilitated by world-class University faculty.

  • Develop and deploy a strategy that is agile and adaptable

 

Make Decision Making a Core Competency

Develop your knowledge and skills on how to make decision-making a core competency to create and drive value in your organization.

Develop and hone your ability to build and sustain high performing teams through classroom education, a simulation, and pit stop challenges.

  • Structure

    3-day, application-based program. Also available as a customized program to meet your organization’s specific needs.
  • Format

    Classroom instruction, group work, case studies, racing simulations, on-track learning, and guest speakers including racing industry leaders.
  • Location

    Course held at the UT campus—McCombs School of Business—and Circuit of The Americas.
  • Class Size

    Program is kept small, with the class size limited to no more than 20 participants.
  • Instructors

    McCombs School of Business and Cockrell School of Engineering Faculty; C-Suite Executives and Race Car Professionals; Racing Industry Speakers
  • Tuition

    Program Tuition is $14,500, and includes meals and transportation to and from the track.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for senior leaders who want to develop the capability to drive execution and consistently win. The knowledge and skills developed in this program are applicable to leaders in a variety of organizations and industries.
