Christopher Patton is a lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, teaching the people analytics course for the Department of Management. He is also a people analytics manager at Meta Platforms.

Patton is an industrial-organizational psychologist with experience in personnel assessment and selection and employee development. Previously, he worked in people analytics for PepsiCo and Google.

He earned a Ph.D. and an M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Mississippi.
