Mark Bradshaw is an assistant professor of instruction for The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He teaches courses on advanced accounting, auditing, transaction services, and fraud examination for graduate and undergraduate students.

Before he joined McCombs, Bradshaw worked for Fenwick & West, where he represented parties in merger and acquisition and financing transactions for technology companies. Prior to joining Fenwick, he was special counsel for O'Melveny & Myers and represented financial institutions, entertainment companies, and other parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of companies in various industries. Bradshaw continues to practice law in Austin, with a practice focused on acquisition and other complex corporate transactions. He is a member of the state bar associations of Texas and California.

Bradshaw earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and MBA and MPA degrees from the McCombs School. He also received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law.
