Maulik Pandya is a lecturer for The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on people and organization strategies for the school’s Department of Management.

Prior to joining McCombs, Pandya held executive positions during the past three decades at tech companies including IBM Corp., Dell Technologies Inc., and HP Inc. His most recent role at HP was as general manager and vice president of the Cloud Computing Group.

His passion and expertise are in developing leaders and culture to drive innovation and market leadership, and Pandya actively consults on these and other technology industry topics. He also owns and operates a residential real estate business in Austin.

A proud alumnus of the Texas McCombs Executive MBA program, Pandya holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University. More recently, he graduated from the Building Innovative Leaders program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
