Megan Allen is an accounting lecturer for The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, teaching undergraduate courses in financial accounting and taxation. She also works for Wood, Johnson, Heath, P.C., an Austin-based firm of certified public accountants and financial advisers.

As a CPA, Allen has prepared hundreds of tax returns for individuals, corporations, S corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates. She has reconciled bookkeeping and bank accounts for numerous businesses and has represented clients before the IRS.

Allen earned a BBA in accounting and a Master in Professional Accounting degree from Texas McCombs.
