MPA CURRICULUM PATHS
Each curriculum path requires the completion of 31 to 43 graduate credit hours total, including a minimum of 19 hours in accounting (depending on course waivers)

START DATE
If you are admitted to the MPA Bridge program, you must take ACC 381 in the summer following admission unless you are eligible to waive the course. ACC 381 is offered as an in-person course in the second summer session.
WAIVER POLICY
The MPA degree consists of 43 total credit hours. However, we will waive up to four MPA core courses (12 credit hours) if you complete equivalent coursework before transitioning to graduate status. Upper-level courses in the Business Economics Option Program will qualify for MPA course waivers.
Your academic advisor will approve any waivers and substitutions during new student advising in the summer. Contact us if you have any questions in the meantime.

MPA Bridge Coursework
The nature and length of a student's program may vary based on academic background, undergraduate degree progress, special interests, internship and coursework opportunities, CPA examination plans, and other factors. The sample plan below assumes that the MPA Bridge student is not interning, achieves summer graduate standing, and does not waive or substitute any MPA core coursework. MPA academic advisors will help craft a plan that fits each student’s unique needs.
