The Master of Science in Health Care Transformation is a one-year, 30-credit-hour program that educates leaders to transform systems that enable higher-value health care by organizing around patients’ needs.

Program Format
The program is run in a blended learning format, which consists of a combination of online and onsite learning. Students will spend a total of 4 weeks in Austin (one week each in August, January, May, and August). The online courses between the residential periods will consists of around 15-20 hours a week of school work with predictable, yet flexible, coursework.

Our Faculty
The program is taught by faculty in both the McCombs School of Business and the Dell Medical School as well as other colleges across The University of Texas at Austin. Faculty are both academic and industry experts, and our small class sizes allow students maximum access to leaders in the field of health care.
